Overall, my experience at The Tip Tap Room was outstanding. The ambiance was welcoming, the service was top-notch, and the food was simply amazing. I highly recommend checking out this hidden gem in Boston and indulging in their flavorful dishes. Don't miss out on the opportunity to experience The Tip Tap Room for yourself!

The food was high quality and very flavorful! The service was friendly and attentive. The only thing I disliked was being sat SO closely to other diners. I hate that so many restaurants do that just to squeeze an extra table in.

I was guided by the beer menu, but the food menu earned the extra star. They have a section of the menu entitled "Tips" and I went for the unique Turkey Tips offering and wow it was amazing. Cooked turkey on top of creamed corn mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce was just so good. Coworkers got steak tips and enjoyed theirs too. The beer menu super unique as well. We had baked Alaska for dessert to round out a great meal. Servers were super friendly and efficient

I really just dropped in and out for a drink right as they closed, so my rating is only for them as a bar. The bartenders were incredibly kind to let us sample beers less than 20 minutes before closing and even make us a nonalcoholic cocktail as they were closing up. Beers are a bit pricey, but nothing unusual for the area. $10 after tax and tip for a draft pour.

I went on a very rainy day and think it would be great on a sunny day! They have these super cool garage doors and ambience is both bar and sit down restaurant on different sides of the place. Pretty cool spot, I was pleasantly surprised to see a blackberry caipirinha on the menu! It was very good. Sitting at the bar you can see into the kitchen which was also neat. Service was very quick for drinks!

This place is absolutely awesome. I would definitely visit the Tip Tap room frequently if I lived in the area. We were the first ones there; we arrived shortly after they opened (no reservations). They have an awesome, diverse menu with a ton of great beer choices. I was planning on trying one of the brews, but someone started with a Bloody Mary and we all followed suit. My friends had a beer chaser and were happy with their choices. I had a veggie burger that was absolutely delicious. Rave reviews on everything else including our awesome, engaging server. It got very busy quickly with large parties that had reservations. Definitely go here.

Absolutely lovely. So many selections of beers on tap, tasty specials, and fast service. This cozy spot was within walking distance from our hotel, and it was the first thing we ate in Boston; after our stay in Maine, it tasted full of flavor and the portions are oversized! We ordered the Chorizo and Brisket Burger and the Hash, and holy guacamole it was good! The green sauce on the hash was super tasty and delicious! When we went, there were a couple of sports games on and not many people in the restaurant (it was in between meal times).

This place can best be described as having upscale sports bar vibes. As in, there is a large bar on one side of the dining room and TV screens in each corner of the room playing the latests sports game, but full-service restaurant tables everywhere else. Everyone but one person in our group got steak tips, and we all thoroughly enjoyed how tender and flavorful the dish was. I tried a bite of the tofu tips as well and it was equally well-cooked, with a nice crispy texture on the outside while being tender on the inside. This was not my personal favorite type of dining environment, since it was dimly lit and loud from the large number of people in the dining room, but no complaints at all on the food or service. The price was okay at $30 for the steak tips and $22 for the tofu tips. Would gladly come again if friends wanted to, but not my personal favorite choice in terms of ambiance and audibility for talking.

LOVE the vibe of this place! Met up with some old friends and grabbed dinner here before an event at TD Garden and the service was fast and efficient! We made reservations, but arrived 20mins early and the lovely host seated us right away while we waited for the rest of the party to arrive. We started out with the pork dumplings and were pleasantly surprised with how delicious they were! Great flavor and very authentic dumplings with a little kick to them (tiny bit spicy, but not too bad, as I'm very sensitive to spicy foods!). I ordered the Tofu Tips, which made me laugh at the name, but they were actually superb! Often when I order a vegetarian meal, there is very little flavor. This dish was the opposite. So much taste in every bite and served in a fairly large portion. Loved the sliced avocado on the side to mix with the sautéed baby spinach, squash and peppers. One of my friends ordered the lamb burger, which he states was phenomenal, with "a little kick to it"! I ate some of his fries...and they were cooked to perfection- crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Big thumbs up for his dish! My other friend ordered the Chicken Tips and said it was absolutely delicious. We were all thoroughly impressed with our meals and the friendly and efficient service! We wrapped up in time to get to our event early without having to rush through our meal. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. The cleanliness and vibe was top notch and the food and service were excellent. I will most definitely be back when I'm in Boston again! Yay!

This place is cozy, servers are nice and friendly. They really can give you recommendation of what their most frequently ordered dish if you are overwhelmed by their menu. Brunch and dinner menu are not that different IMO. They have nice arrays of cocktails, beer, wines. I ordered spicy fried chicken bao as appetizer. They are perfect!! My main dish was a brisket & chorizo burger. The burger is nice and juicy. I definitely recommend this place.

I'm flabbergasted that the average review is so low here. I have never been so impressed with a casual restaurant's food. Don't let the bar vibe fool you. The kitchen whips up some insane stuff. I had the wild game bolognese. My boyfriend had the burger. We split the bao buns and the side of bread (with some BOMB homemade butter). Every dish was perfectly cooked, portioned, and flavored. All the drinks were fantastic too. I liked the cocktail the bartender recommended me. 11/10! This place deserves much more notoriety.
